The solution design is aligned to the organisation's drivers, strategy and desired business outcomes. A tailored service package will offer the client flexibility and fulfil the business requirements both at a global and regional level.
EXECUTION: The solution is built, configured and tested prior to onsite deployment to eradicate the risk associated with complex technology deployments. A highly skilled Global Program Manager will control every aspect of the deployment in order to mitigate risk, achieve project timescales and ensure seamless integration into the client's existing environment.
SUPPORT: The Damovo Global Customer Service Centre provides 24/7 tailored support and client engagement. The Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides the client with proactive business intelligence, insight and control of their networks across the global organisation. A comprehensive range of global managed services adds additional value by proactively delivering business outcomes through the performance management of the existing communications environment.
OPTIMISATION: Damovo conducts constant performance analysis of the technological environment using standard processes. This ensures that it remains mapped to the client's business requirements.
