We connect people and technology.
For 25 years.
Picture the year 2001…
Letters were typed, printed and faxed. Mobile phones had antennas, could make calls and send text messages. That was all they needed to do. And anyone working from home was either unwell or considered very, very unusual.
This was the world Damovo entered in 2001 as an independent company, emerging from Ericsson’s communications technology business. DAta MObile VOice. What started as something new was built on decades of expertise. Expertise that continues to make a difference today.
The smartphone. The cloud. A global pandemic that turned living rooms into offices overnight.
We have guided our customers through every one of these moments — prepared, not surprised.
When the first broadband wave gathered momentum, we were there.
When BlackBerry brought true mobile email into people’s pockets and everyone thought connectivity had reached its peak, we were already looking ahead.
When Teams and Zoom suddenly became more important than the office coffee machine, we provided the infrastructure that made it possible.
When GDPR sent compliance departments into overdrive, our customers had someone to call. And when cyberattacks stopped being exceptions and became everyday realities, our customers were already prepared.
Chris Nickerson, CEO at Damovo
What has remained constant throughout these 25 years is simple: Our customers have never had to navigate change alone. We know their infrastructures, their industries, their challenges and often the questions they have not yet asked themselves. That is what turns a technology provider into a true partner.
“25 years of Damovo may sound like a milestone worth looking back on. For me, it is first and foremost a promise for the future. Over the years, we have learned that technology alone changes nothing. What creates real impact is trust — the trust that comes from showing up, again and again, especially when things get difficult. Today, we renew that promise.”
Twenty-five years means we have already climbed many of the learning curves others are only beginning to face. We know what successful technology transformation requires — and how to make it happen. And that is our promise for the next 25 years.

Our Solutions
Contact Centre
Back then, all you had to do was answer the phone.
In 2001, great customer service meant picking up quickly, being friendly and hoping customers would tolerate the wait. If someone was on hold, they simply waited on the only channel available. Customer records ended up on paper, somewhere in a filing cabinet.
Today, the customer decides everything.
Chat, email, video or voice. Customers choose their preferred channel, switch between them midway through a conversation and still expect their story to follow them. AI handles routine enquiries so people can focus on the moments that truly require a human touch. We help organisations lead this transformation instead of trying to catch up with it.
Enterprise Networks
Back then, the network was a place.
A basement. Cables. Patch panels. If you offered Wi-Fi, you were considered a pioneer. And when the network went down, you called the person who knew the server room and hoped they would answer.
Today, you only notice it when it isn’t there.
SD-WAN. Wi-Fi 6. Cloud-managed connectivity across hundreds of locations worldwide. The network has become invisible and that is exactly the point. We build the infrastructure nobody has to think about. And if something does go wrong, we are the ones who answer the call.
Unified Communications
Back then, communication was a logistics challenge.
The phone was here. Email was there. The fax machine was somewhere else. If someone could not be reached, they received a note on their desk. An actual note. Meetings happened in rooms, rooms existed in places and those places were usually too far away.
Today, there is simply communication.
One platform. Every channel. Any device. Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Zoom must do more than work individually — they need to work together. Our job is to ensure communication never gets in the way. It simply happens whenever and wherever it is needed.
Cybersecurity
Back then, security was about the perimeter.
Install a firewall. Add antivirus software. Done. Networks had clear boundaries. Threats came from outside. And if you protected the perimeter, you felt secure. Security was something you implemented once.
Today, there are no clear lines.
Attacks happen every day. Hospitals, municipalities and mid-sized businesses are all targets. Systems are everywhere. Employees are everywhere. Risks are everywhere. We do not see security as a product you buy and forget. We see it as an ongoing process that we manage together with our customers — from strategy through to incident response.
Artificial Intelligence
Back then, AI belonged to the future.
Automation meant call-routing menus, waiting loops and frustration. If someone talked about artificial intelligence in 2001, they were usually referring to a rules-based system that sent callers to the wrong department.
Today, AI is part of everyday business.
Chatbots that genuinely understand. Copilots that create meeting summaries before anyone starts typing. Systems that resolve requests before they escalate. We make sure AI does more than run. We make sure it works.
