Changes to Microsoft Unified Messaging

Are you ready?

Microsoft will discontinue support for PBX’s connecting to Exchange Online Unified Messaging on 1st December 2019. The Unified Messaging role has also been removed from Microsoft Exchange Server 2019. This is being replaced by the Microsoft Cloud Voicemail service which will only be available to Microsoft cloud-based implementations.

This means that any SIP based PBX solutions utilising Microsoft Exchange will lose their Unified Messaging capabilities.

Is this of concern to you? We have a solution!

We can replace your Microsoft Unified Messaging with an Enterprise Class Unified Communications Platform from our partner XMedius that will retain all of your UM functionality.

Features:

Seamless integration with Microsoft, Avaya, Cisco, NEC, Mitel and many more.

On Premise Unified Messaging functionality for users who do not wish to migrate to a cloud implementation.

A migration path for XM Connect from an On Premise model to a Cloud hosted model.

High Availability and Geo-Redundant solution
