Automate recurring tasks such as password resets or system resets and reduce the manual effort for your team. The immediate, error-free processing of requests increases user satisfaction.

With the fully customisable service catalogue, you can define your services and requests and create workflows for approvals, releases and automatic fulfilments.

Requests are recorded in a structured manner and can be implemented automatically. Use cases include request, incident and problem management, order placement and fulfilment, approval and acceptance functions and audit-proof documentation of all orders.

Changes are tracked in the order management system. History, messages, files and other relevant data are documented and available to your employees and users.

You can create, edit and manage all configuration items (CIs) or assets in ServicePlaza's integrated Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Assets from external systems can be synchronised with the Element Manager.

Incoming service requests are automatically routed to the appropriate team for smooth processing. Dynamic ticket assignment is based on sets of rules. Teams and ticket routing can be customised. The help desk includes SLA (Service Level Agreement) and escalation management.

The presentation of organisations and cost centres gives you an overview of your internal cost structure, transforming a cost centre into a profit centre.
