Damovo continues European growth strategy with new acquisition

Acquisition of Netfarmers GmbH expands Damovo’s expertise in unified communications, data networking and security

16th November 2016 - Damovo, a leading provider of enterprise communications solutions and services, announced the acquisition of Netfarmers, a Germany-based specialist in unified communication, security and networking. Netfarmers has extensive expertise and experience in Cisco technology, and further strengthens Damovo’s ability to deliver Cisco end-to-end solutions and architectures.

The acquisition is the next stage in Damovo’s ‘buy and build’ strategy as it looks to grow annual revenues towards €200M in the next 3-5 years and become one of the largest independent UC providers in Europe. Netfarmers, founded in 2005, currently focuses mainly on the DACH region and works with many large clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Following this acquisition, Damovo now has 16 international offices and delivers to over 120 countries on six continents. It currently manages a growing base of over 2,000 customers including many of Europe’s largest enterprises and a number of Fortune Global 500 companies and maintains strategic partnerships with leading global technology providers including Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft and Mitel.
