Damovo wins the Cisco Architectural Excellence Collaboration Award for the second year in a row

3rd March 2016 – During the Worldwide Partner Conference in San Diego, California, Cisco presented an award for the second year in a row to Damovo for its expertise and service capability in complex collaboration projects.

In awarding the Architecture Excellence Collaboration Award, Cisco paid tribute to the achievements of Damovo over the past financial year. The internationally coveted award was presented at the 2016 Cisco Partner Summit in San Diego for a total of 18 categories. Based on a collaborative growth initiative started in 2013, Damovo was able to significantly increase its sales with Cisco during the past financial year. A focused common sales approach, the establishment of specific account teams, the achievement of excellent customer satisfaction ratings and the implementation of integrated Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) campaigns are just a few of the factors that contributed to the highly successful business partnership.

“Damovo impressed us with their new Cisco sales staff training program, and also the development and roll-out of Cisco-specific demand creation campaigns for UC," says Jutta Gräfensteiner, Director of Channel and Alliance Management at Cisco Germany. "As a result they significantly increased their Cisco Unified Communications sales.”

"Our latest award from Cisco, as Collaboration Partner of the Year, further strengthens our endeavours to become the leading UCC provider in Europe," says Carl Mühlner, Managing Director, Central Region, Damovo. "With Cisco we have a partner at our side that contributes a future-proofed product portfolio. This allows us to design UCC solutions for our customers that are advanced, innovative and essential for digital transformation".
