Damovo was honoured by the Information Services Group (ISG) as Leader in the "Software-Defined/Traditional Networks & Managed Services" vendor benchmark on 26 September 2017 with its innovative service level agreement approach, the Damovo Business Oriented Outcome (BOO) SLA. This award is proof of Damovo's continued development towards becoming a leading global Managed Service provider.
ISG presented Damovo with the prestigious Leadership Award in the vendor benchmark at the official award ceremony at Lake Starnberg, Germany. The respected international consulting and market research organisation evaluated the competitiveness and portfolio attractiveness of 100 providers in a two-step process undertaken from October to December 2016. In the Managed LAN Services category, Damovo impressed the analysts above all with its Business-Oriented-Outcome SLA. This new service concept allows customers to determine whether incidents that occur are business-critical or not. These lead to moderate service fees and offer the promise of resolving Priority 1 errors immediately – 24 x 7. This gives customers a significant amount of influence over their service costs - which is especially attractive when they have already made significant investment in building resilient networks with high availability.
