Damovo to showcase innovative possibilities for optimizing customer journeys at Call Centre World 2018

Dusseldorf, , 01.02.2018 – “Boost your Customer Journeys” is Damovo’s theme at this year's Call Centre World in Berlin.

Visitors to the Damovo stand (Hall 3 Booth 3G8/H7) will experience a live demonstration showcasing how the customer service experience can be improved at every preferred touchpoint. Visitors will also be invited to participate in the annual CCW Trend Study 2018 - a joint project between the analyst PAC and Damovo.

Digitalisation is advancing relentlessly, creating new business opportunities and new ways to communicate with customers. Damovo Contact Centre experts will demonstrate via live demo how to improve customer journeys through the targeted use of chatbots, video communication and e-signature. Stand visitors will also discover the advantages of using a low-code platform for the individual integration and consolidation of existing systems.

A trip to the Damovo booth will provide contact centre managers with ideas to:

  • Make agent processes more efficient
  • Improve completion rates
  • Free up agent time to focus on key customer advisory services
  • Drive digitisation across their company

During the event PAC and Damovo will also carry out a survey in order to identify current contact centre industry trends for the sixth time in a row. This year, the focus will be on issues relating to the challenges and maturity of digital transformation. Interested parties will have the opportunity to take part in this latest trend study at the Damovo stand or online. All survey participants will receive a copy of the results and analysis at the end of April.

Daniela Dilger, Head of Group Contact Centre Propositions, Damovo: "Optimised customer journeys play an important role within the context of digital transformation. Contact centre managers are required to develop comprehensive customer journey strategies which focus on every touchpoint in order to achieve, amongst other things, increased customer satisfaction.”

Visitors to the fair can still obtain a free admission ticket here.
