Damovo appoints Wim Remes to the role of Managing Director, Damovo Security Services EMEA

Damovo, a leading provider of ICT managed services and solutions has announced the appointment of Wim Remes as Managing Director, Damovo Security Services EMEA. Wim will be responsible for the integration of existing security capabilities and further developing Damovo's high-end security services across EMEA. This includes the Lares services portfolio.

With more than 20 years of experience in the ICT and information security field, Wim brings a wealth of delivery and leadership to Damovo. He has previously held positions at Ernst and Young, Rapid7, MedSec, and spotit. Aside from being professionally engaged, Wim is also a respected speaker at industry events, has contributed to several high visibility projects such as the Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES) and CVE-Search, and has also served on the board of directors of ISC2, the premier security professional certification organization, between 2013 and 2018, serving as its chairperson for multiple years.
