7th November 2016 - Damovo, a leading enterprise communications solutions and services provider, has launched its comprehensive non-commodity private cloud Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution for the enterprise market. The launch is part of Damovo Aquila, the full-feature cloud aggregation platform Damovo launched in October. This new solution will lower the barriers for customers who want to move their UCC applications to the cloud, whilst protecting their existing legacy investment.

Freedom and full control

Damovo’s private UCaaS solution offers all the benefits of cloud technology, including pay-as-you-use billing, increased agility and flexibility, scalability, simple deployment, disaster recovery and high availability.

However contrary to many competing solutions, Damovo also gives customers complete freedom of choice and full control. All data is securely stored on dedicated systems and remains the property of the customer. They can either opt for a bundled offering that has been designed by Damovo, or select their own components – including data and SIP provider in the datacenter of their choice. Customers can self-manage the solution or select a managed service from Damovo.

The Aquila UCaaS solution also includes an advanced multichannel contact centre. Customers can avail of this without having to invest in additional hardware or software. In addition, Damovo provides seamless integration with Microsoft Skype for Business and CRM applications such as Salesforce.com.

Aquila cloud optimised service layer

Damovo’s Aquila UCaaS solution is supported by a specially designed cloud optimised service layer which delivers the best SLA’s in the industry, including an exceptional 30 minute response time on high priority issues. Support is provided from three multilingual Network Operations Centres (NOCs) that provide 7/24/365 support to customers across the world.
