The latest release of Avaya's flagship contact centre solution

Elite lets you run a full-featured call center that handles inbound and outbound contacts, all managed with real-time and historical reporting insights. Call routing and agent desktop are built into the Avaya Aura core, eliminating the need for additional server infrastructure. Elite provides the agent interface in a state of the art UC client, the Workplaces application.
Reports and wallboards are provided within the CMS reporting engine. These reports can be customised to provide the insights that are essential for contact centre managers.

Simple Architecture

Elite is built into the core of the Avaya Aura solution. All agents, call flows, announcements, skills and routing rules are built within Communication Manager. By levreging the UC client as the agent desktop; all of the features are provided automatically to the agents. This includes presence, instant messaging, and advanced call controls.

Supports Remote Agents

By embedding agent functionality in the Workplace client, Elite provides remote worker simply and efficiently by leveraging the Avaya Aura stack. The Avaya SBCs allow for remote workers to leverage the Workplace client anywhere they have an internet connection. This allows for greater flexibility for staff and allows for a more modern workplace.

Easy User Adoption

The adoption of contact centre by users is simplified. With a user friendly and modern GUI, Workplaces makes Elite a simple process to train up staff that are moving from the back office to the contact centre. This makes it a case of just training agents in how to log in to their queues rather than having to learn a new system.
