Düsseldorf, 27.01.2016 – “The time is right for heroes“ – with this motto Damovo will be represented once again this year at the CCW 2016 from 23rd - 25th February in Berlin. (Hall 3 Booth 8/H7) On four solution stations, Damovo and its partners will present exciting live demonstrations of the newest innovations in contact centre platforms, process optimisation, video in the contact centre, and a new generation of waiting queue. Damovo will also be inviting contact centre representatives to participate in their latest expert survey.
At the first solution station titled “Multichannel Orchestra“, Damovo's team of experts will showcase tools which enable the seamless integration of various channels into one operative interface. Companies consequently receive a high-performance and flexible toolbox providing contact centre services, self-service applications as well as business automation integration.
The second solution station addresses the topic of “Intelligent Processes“ – as processing service or sales issues will not become any less complex in the future. During a live demonstration Damovo and NICE will show how the contact centre can be optimised with only one tool and no “hard” integration into the IT processes.
“Visual Customer Experience“ is the theme of the third solution station. Visitors will have the opportunity to find out directly from Damovo's team of experts how to establish an audio-visual bridge between digital and stationary sales and service channels and thus create an extraordinary customer experience.
The live demonstration on the fourth solution station “Next Generation Queue“ introduces a novel waiting queue which takes over the waiting period for customers, improves employee and customer satisfaction and permits savings in the cost of lines.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to participate in Damovo’s current expert survey at the booth. All participants will receive a report with the survey results following the CCW.
