Damovo receives “IT company with the highest customer orientation” award

Düsseldorf, 26.04.2018 – Damovo, a leading enterprise communications solutions and services provider, was awarded the "Industry Winner IT Services" accolade at yesterday's "Top Service Deutschland" awards in Cologne for its high level of customer orientation. The company also achieved a top 10 ranking among all participating B2B companies for the second year running.

As part of the "Top Service Deutschland" competition, a panel of judges including the consulting company ServiceRating, the Handelsblatt, the Institute for Market-Oriented Management and the market research company Ipsos recognise companies in Germany that demonstrate a particularly high level of customer orientation. The service quality measurement is based on the scientifically validated focus model, which takes both the customer perspective and the company perspective into account in the evaluation.

"Damovo has understood how to ensure a high level of customer orientation in the digital world. Digitization initiatives, such as the establishment of online self-services or the automation of processes in network operations, have had a positive effect on Damovo's customer experience and contributed again to this top ranking," explains Kai Riedel, Managing Director of ServiceRating. Damovo offers its customers a very fast, transparent and error-free network operation by automating the detection, analysis and replacement of defective network components to almost 100%.

The survey results from previous Top Service competitions in which Damovo participated have contributed to many new initiatives – including the foundation of "Innovations@Damovo". This initiative provides forward-looking solutions and applications that often go far beyond the standard portfolio of Damovo's most important partners and are precisely tailored to the customer's needs.

Damovo is also a member of the Innovation Alliance – a network of partners from the IT sector that has set itself the task of developing the possibilities of digitisation together with German SMEs.
