Workspaces of 1,900 Multipharma employees equipped with Cisco UC&C and Cisco-Meraki infrastructure

Brussels, November 30th 2016 - the 1,900 Multipharma employees, the digital transformation in the pharmacy market requires a New Way of Working. Multipharma and Damovo studied the technical aspects of the NWoW project and identified the specific needs. Damovo will deliver a complete Cisco UC&C infrastructure in Multipharma’s brand new head office. The solution integrates videoconferencing, Wi-Fi and call center. In addition, the 300 Muiltipharma, De Voorzorg and iU points of sale will be equipped with a Cisco Meraki infrastructure (UC&C and Wi-Fi). Tanguy Hermanns, HR Service Center Manager and Program manager NWoW at Multipharma: “The Damovo solutions will support us in our growth strategy and help increase our market share in the Belgian pharmacy market. Another major reason for selecting Damovo was the fact that it was the only vendor that had a clear eye for advice and support with regard to employees and change management.”

Multipharma is constantly looking for new ways to improve the quality of life and pharmaceutical care. Hermanns: “Our organization is going through a cultural and digital transformation, partly because of new digital services for customers and new digital HR services for employees. An increasing amount of consumers use the internet to look up information on medication and buy drugs online. Multipharma helps them by offering user-friendly digital services including online reservation systems, purchasing modules and e-health solutions. With these services and our cooperation with Damovo we support our employees and address our customers’ needs.” In addition to Damovo, three other parties were involved in the proposal for this project.
