Focus on global sales strategy, cloud communications, AI services and security
Sebastian Tietz joined Damovo in September as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), responsible for global sales strategy and its implementation. The 42-year-old’s goal is to further expand the ICT service provider’s cross-market expertise and accelerate the company’s growth in the areas of cloud-based communications, AI-driven service models and security services.

Further development of cloud-based communication and collaboration solutions
In his position, Tietz will further internationalise the strategic direction of sales. The focus will be on the business areas of UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service), CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service), AI and security.

Tietz has extensive international experience from management positions at Siemens, Atos and Unify. Most recently, he was Group Vice President at Mitel, where he was part of the global senior leadership team and the AI committee. In this role, he was responsible for the cloud business, strategic partnerships, alliances and global customers.
