International ICT service provider Damovo has established a dedicated innovation team named TRACES (Transformational Research into AI, Communications, Enterprise Networks & Security).
Damovo, the international ICT service provider, is presenting its CX and Voicebot solutions at CCW (25-27 February 2025) in Berlin, including a live demonstration of a healthcare use case. Damovo is showcasing the products in hall 3, stand 3C25. In addition, the company is welcoming interested parties for further discussions in hall 2, Meeting House 2. Frank Sinde, Manager Consulting at Damovo, will also be giving a presentation and taking part in a panel discussion on the use of AI in the CC environment.
Damovo for Healthcare offers the voice-activated and AI-based solution ‘SmartCare’ for care facilities to improve the efficiency of care and communication between residents, nursing staff and relatives. The intelligent voice application is based on the ‘Alexa Smart Properties for Senior Living’ platform. As an internationally active ICT service provider, Damovo helps to make care more effective and improve the quality of life for residents of care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living.

Damovo Germany is taking over selected customer contracts in the healthcare sector from Avaya Germany as part of Avaya’s strategic realignment. Avaya customers will continue to receive the products and services they require even after Damovo has taken over the customer contracts. Damovo and the German subsidiary of Avaya, a leading global provider of customer experience and communications solutions, have been partners for around 20 years.

Damovo will be presenting its offering in hall 7A, stand 504 (Cisco stand) and providing insights into the topics of access and network security, strategic cybersecurity in accordance with current guidelines and legal requirements, and managed security services ranging from reporting to comprehensive SOC (Security Operation Centre) services in three lectures.
Thilo Kramer (54) and Kai-Uwe Schmidt (53) have been at the leadership of Damovo Germany since this spring. They are following in the footsteps of Karl-Heinz Sänger, who has retired. With the new management team from within the company, the internationally active ICT service provider is focusing on continuity while paving the way for a new corporate strategic direction. As Country Manager, Kramer is responsible for the national implementation of the corporate strategy.
In this role, Mandera will further develop the People & Culture strategy, with a focus on shaping the corporate culture under the guiding principle ‘One Damovo’. She has been working in Human Resources for 16 years and has in-depth expertise in HR strategy, organisational structure and talent management. ‘My top priority is to harmonise and further develop our People & Culture processes and offerings across all countries. I am delighted to now be able to apply the expertise I have gained to date at Damovo,’ said Mandera.
