Service Interface With Financial Transparency

Our web portal, Service Plaza, defines customer interactions and handles commercial management. You benefit from full service cost transparency, including procurement, through Service Plaza.

Service Level Management & Request Fulfilment

We assure that the service scope and level is monitored and reported transparently. This for example includes customer requests such as change requests, which can be entered via Service Plaza 24/7.

Release und Hardware Management

Cisco periodically releases new Meraki firmware updates. We offer enhanced update scenarios and hardware management, providing options for spare part delivery and installation.

Asset and Event Management

Asset data is regularly fetched from the Meraki Dashboard, enhanced, and updated in Service Plaza. We monitor the health, availability, and license events of your Meraki WAN, WLAN, and LAN installations.

Incident and Problem Management

Open tickets are handled by Damovo’s Network Operations Center (NOC), which resolves them to restore network functionality. Unresolved tickets are escalated to Problem Management for timely resolution.

SD-WAN, LAN and WLAN Capacity Management

Periodic reporting discovers and classifies all network applications, providing detailed usage and performance reports via Meraki SD-WAN. It also offers analytics on network topology, usage, and WLAN client behavior.
