Jeff leads Damovo as the Group CEO and has over 30 years of industry experience having operated, acquired or founded IT businesses in North America, Europe and Asia. Jeff has a wide-range of experience that includes global Enterprise IT Solutions, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and leasing.

Ralf is a seasoned CFO with over 20 years of finance experience, renowned for his strong commercial acumen and leadership skills. He has excelled in leading high-performing teams for consulting firms as a partner at KPMG and Deloitte. Lately he has been working with private equity-backed companies and debt financing.

Chris, the CIO & CISO of Damovo is a highly experienced leader in the security industry. With over 25 years of expertise, he has co-founded multiple global cybersecurity and deep tech companies, authored multiple global cybersecurity standards, founded the BSides conference concept, and continues to contribute to the technology community through TED talks and other conferences.

Ian is the Group General Counsel and is responsible for managing all of the legal, privacy, compliance and risk matters across Damovo. Ian has over 15 years experience in both private practice and in-house legal and company secretarial roles across Europe and internationally. Prior to joining Damovo, Ian spent over ten years working in the telecoms industry with Vodafone.

Karl-Heinz Sänger brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience in various positions at Tradicom, Ericsson and Damovo. Most recently, he was responsible for the sales regions Central and South at Damovo Germany.

John is responsible for Damovo Global Services and Damovo Ireland. He has a wealth of experience in the technology sector, including Managing Director roles in Prisa Consulting, Avaya Ireland and Grupo Dinsa in Spain. He also established REL Consultancy’s Spanish operation where he was Country Manager.

Michaela Flaskamp is Vice President Group HR and is responsible for talent acquisition and management, organisational changes, and employee development at Damovo. The Swiss native leads the international HR team. She focuses on initiatives to increase employee engagement and promote a performance-oriented corporate culture in all regions of the company. In doing so, she draws on more than 20 years of experience in the HR sector as a company founder and HR manager in international companies.

During a rich and diversified career of 30 years in IT and Telecom sector, Serge held various management positions at different companies, ranging from operators, vendors to integrators. After fulfilling the position of Pre-Sales Director North Region at Damovo Belgium, Serge Carlier was appointed as Managing Director for the Northern Region, which includes Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Sweden and Finland.
