Damovo, an internationally active ICT service provider, is now offering Cisco Meraki network technology as a managed service called Damovo MERAKI as a Service (DMaaS). Damovo takes over the administration and monitoring of Meraki routers, switches and other devices in the Cisco Meraki network. With DMaaS, organisations that already use Cisco Meraki network installations or want to use them in the future receive comprehensive 24/7 services from Damovo.

ServicePlaza as a central customer portal. Using an intuitive interface, companies can keep an eye on the services ordered from Damako and, if necessary, initiate or implement new requirements based on the DMaaS service catalogue at short notice. This means that the web-based platform also functions as a self-service portal, through which users can order further services and carry out configurations in a partially automated, audit-proof and error-free manner.
