Damovo awarded the "TOP Service Deutschland" seal of approval for the second year in a row

Düsseldorf, 29th April 2016 – Damovo was presented with the "TOP Service Deutschland 2016" award at the official awards ceremony, which recently took place in Düsseldorf, Germany. "If you don't compare yourself to others, you'll never know where you stand" is the motto of the leading competition for service quality and customer focus. Once again, Damovo’s customers along with an independent panel of experts have decided that Damovo is the most customer-focused company in Germany.

The TOP Service competition is considered Germany's most important competition for service quality and customer focus and has been taking place for 12 years. This nation-wide, cross-sector competition for service quality and customer focus is run by the "Handelsblatt" business newspaper, the ServiceRating agency, the Institute for Market-Based Management and the YouGov market research institute. In addition to receiving a report on the current status of their customer focus, participants are driven and inspired to strive for excellence in customer service. At the heart of the Top Service Deutschland competition is the focus model. This model was developed by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Christian Homburg based on the latest scientific findings. It examines the aspects of service and customer focus based on 4 dimensions: the business environment of the company, how the company is directed, interaction between company & customer, as well as the impact on the customer. Customer impressions and the company's point of view are combined for an integrated approach.
